For the past four months, Studio Cypher has been working with Marc Chinoy of The Regis Group, a strategic planning consultancy, to introduce our games into markets we had never even considered. We are also honored and humbled that The Regis Group included not one, but two articles about us and our services in their December newsletter.

This fall Will, as an industry representative, was asked to be one of the judges for the Serious Games Showcase and Challenge – a chance for students, businesses, and government agencies to show off learning games. The winners were announced at the Inter-service/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference on December 9 in Orlando Florida.

We agreed to judge this contest because we firmly believe in the power of games to educate and inspire life changes. This was an excellent opportunity for us to see how others approach learning games and how to improve our approach.  Check out the finalists and winners here!
